What is Procrastination and how to avoid it

So what is procrastination? The meaning of procrastination

“Well to tell you the truth I don’t feel very comfortable right now, and would prefer to give you my opinion when I am absolutely confident. Besides I am not quite sure what I am going to say and not in the right mood anyway. Even though this is an important opportunity for me, I cannot decide, so let’s forget about it and do it another time”.

Right seriously, procrastination is the common disempowering habit of postponing and putting things off until the last minute. For example, most of us experience that extra lazy feeling when you have to get up certain time in the morning, especially when the Alarm Clock tells you do so without fail. Natural tendency is to want to shut down the alarm clock down and continue chilling out, and why not? Many of us do this even though we know the result is likely to cause us stress. Making last minute changes to our scheduled plans, especially important ones without good reason is never constructive. So why do we do this to ourselves? Watch the video for more information.
